12 Buckets are offering 12 places to rising business leaders seeking to develop and refine their human interaction skills in a specially designed leadership getaway.
Two business leaders will be placed in a tribe comprising eight 12 Buckets students who show immense potential for becoming excellent leaders within their own communities. For these students, it is a rare opportunity to build relationships with each other as well as with successful people in business.
Off the Grid will be a distinct window in time where these children will receive experiential learning around resilience, managing change and leadership. Six tribes will compete for the Off The Grid trophy and individual prizes as they engage in a series of fun and strategic survivor challenges that intentionally build competency in listening, lateral thinking and collaborative problem solving.
Business Leader Development
Over the course of the three days, these students will also learn frameworks of thinking in seminar format and, while they engage with this content, the business leaders will benefit from the experience and thinking of a team of executive coaches from Oasis - People & Culture. This team of high-level executive coaches, engaged for the entire weekend, will conduct both a series of transformative talks as well as individual coaching sessions with each of the business leaders. This aspect of the program will assist business leaders to translate their observations and experiences from Off the Grid back into the teams they lead or work within.
